Personalized Designs Package – Custom Pet Mug & Tote Bag

Turn your favourite pet photo into a matching personalised gift set.

Simply provide your pet’s photos, and we will create a custom illustrated portrait based on your pet. The same design will then be printed on both a ceramic mug and a tote bag.

You can also add your pet’s name or a short message to make the set even more personal.

1. Provide Your Pet Photos

Upload 1 pet photo on the product page to place your order.

As the system can accept only one image, for the best possible result, we recommend emailing an additional 2–3 clear original photos to order@makaoten.com after placing your order. Please include your order number.

For best results, choose photos that are front-facing or close to front-facing, with your pet’s face and front paws clearly visible.

2. Provide Your Personalised Text

Please provide:

• Your pet’s name

• A short message you would like displayed, if required

3. Design Proof

After payment, we will send the first design proof by email within approximately 2–3 working days.

4. Approval & Production

Production will begin only after we receive your approval by email.

Production takes approximately 10 working days after approval.

Each package includes:

• 1 pet illustration

• 1 simple revision

Additional pets: +€8 each

To maintain the original style of each design, fonts, frames and the main layout are fixed and cannot be customised.

5. Shipping

Once production is completed, your order will be dispatched using our standard shipping method.
