How to Order

1. Provide Your Pet Photos

Upload 1 pet photo on the product page when placing your order.

For the best possible result, you may also email 2–3 additional high-resolution original photos to order@makaoten.com after placing your order.

Please include your order number in the email so we can match the photos to your order.

Sending additional photos by email is optional, but recommended if you have clearer or higher-resolution images available.

For the best results, choose photos that are:

• Front-facing or close to front-facing

• Clear and well lit

• Showing your pet’s face clearly

• Preferably showing the front paws

2. Provide Your Personalised Text

Please provide:

• Your pet’s name

• A short message, if required

3. Design Proof

After payment, we will send the first design proof by email within approximately 2–3 working days.

4. Approval & Production

Production will begin only after we receive your approval by email.

Please allow approximately 10 working days for production after design approval.

Additional pets can be added for €8 per pet.

To preserve the original style and consistency of each design, fonts, frames and the main layout are fixed and cannot be customised.

5. Shipping

Once production is completed, your order will be dispatched using our standard shipping method.

Please note that delivery time is additional to the design and production time stated above.

As this is a personalised, made-to-order product, please check all names, text and design details carefully before approving your design proof.

Production begins after your approval, so changes requested after approval may not be possible.
