Upload your pet’s photo and we will turn it into a custom illustration design, printed on a tote bag with your pet’s name or a short custom message. A lovely everyday bag and a thoughtful gift for pet lovers.

Each tote bag includes 1 pet illustration and 1 simple revision.

Print Area

Your personalised design will be printed on the front centre of the tote bag, with a maximum print area of approximately A4 size (up to 21 × 29.7 cm).

Full-cover, edge-to-edge or all-over printing is not included.

The back of the tote bag will remain blank.

1. Provide Your Pet Photos

Upload 1 pet photo on the product page when placing your order.

For the best possible result, you may also email 2–3 additional high-resolution original photos to order@makaoten.com after placing your order.

Please include your order number in the email so we can match the photos to your order.

Sending additional photos by email is optional, but recommended if you have clearer or higher-resolution images available.

For best results, choose photos that are:

• Front-facing or close to front-facing

• Clear and well lit

• Showing your pet’s face clearly

• Preferably showing the front paws

2. Provide Your Personalised Text

Please provide:

• Your pet’s name

• A short message you would like displayed, if required

3. Design Proof

After payment, we will send the first design proof by email within approximately 2–3 working days.

4. Approval & Production

Production will begin only after we receive your approval by email.

Please allow approximately 10 working days for production after design approval.

Additional pets can be added for €8 per pet.

To maintain the original style of each design, fonts, frames and the main layout are fixed and cannot be customised.

5. Shipping

Once production is completed, your order will be dispatched using our standard shipping method.

Please note that delivery time is additional to the design and production time stated above.

Important

As this is a personalised, made-to-order product, please check all names, text and design details carefully before approving your design proof.

Production begins after your approval, so changes requested after approval may not be possible.
